Zm\u011b\u0148te \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu, p\u0159esta\u0148te konzumovat pe\u010divo z b\u00edl\u00e9 mouky, cukrovinky (rafinovan\u00fd b\u00edl\u00fd cukr), alkohol, cigarety, omezte poj\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed masa, hlavn\u011b \u010derven\u00e9ho a tak\u00e9 uzenin a fastfoodu. Dop\u0159ejte si v\u00edce lu\u0161t\u011bnin, celozrnn\u00fdch obilovin, nap\u0159. hn\u011bd\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017ee, pohanky nebo quinoy, v\u00edce o\u0159ech\u016f a za studena lisovan\u00fdch rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u016f. Proti stresu rovn\u011b\u017e zab\u00edr\u00e1 plav\u00e1n\u00ed, turistika a cyklistika nejl\u00e9pe v kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
